摘要
采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析手段研究了微量稀土对锶变质A356合金组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:对锶变质A356合金添加稀土元素既能起到细化初生α-Al晶粒的作用,也能加强对共晶硅的变质效果。同时对铝合金熔体有良好的净化除气作用,能明显改善A356合金的冶金质量。当稀土添加量为0.3%(质量分数)时,A356合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到了306MPa和12.6%,比锶单独变质分别提高了25.9%和70.2%。
The influence of adding little RE on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 alloy modified with Sr were investigated by OM and SEM. The results indicate that adding little RE to the A356 alloy modified with Sr can refine the primary α-Al phase and enhance the modification effects, Meanwhile, it has an effect on purification and degassing in aluminum melt, can improve the aluminum melt quality of A356 alloy. When the content of RE is 0,3%(mass fraction), the values of the tensile strength σb and elongation 8 of A356 alloy reach to 306 MPa and 12.6% respectively, which has increased by 25.9% and 70.2% respectively than that modified with 0.03% St.
