摘要
以航用高碳高铬钼合金钢 (Cr18Mo16V)为研究对象 ,研究了该材质的摩擦摩损特性 ,并研究了其硬质相的产生、组成和相成分。结果表明 ,试验载荷对该材质的摩擦系数影响不大 ,低载荷时磨损机制以犁沟为主 ,磨损失重量微乎其微 ,故在此条件下 ,材料中的硬质相数量可以多些。高载荷时以剥落为主 ,磨损量增大 ,硬质相数量应适当减少。
The terminological behavior of high carbon chromium molybdenum steel used for guide pin of delivery valve in aeroengine, as well as the production, constitution and microstructure of hard phases in this material has been studied. The result shows that the effect of test load on the friction coefficient is not too much. The wear mechanism of this material is dominated by groove under the test condition of low load, so that its weight loss is very little. In this case, the amount of hard phases can be raised advisably higher. But when the test load is increased, the wear mechanism is dominated by spalling, and the test material weight loss is raised, therefore, the amount of hard phases can be decreased advisably.
