摘要
通过干滑动磨损、磨粒磨损及刀具切削试验测定了三种低合金高性能高速钢(D101,W4MO3Cr4VSi,VascoDyne)的抗粘附、磨粒磨损的能力及刀具耐用度。试验结果证实,低合金高性能高速钢虽然W,Mo合金含量仅为通用型高速钢的3/5,但依靠好的基体性能,其耐磨性可达通用型高速钢的水平。用这类新型高速钢替代通用高速钢制作部分刀具也获得了很好的切削效果。本试验结果还说明,在一些磨损条件下,高速钢中一次碳化物对耐磨性的影响不是主要的,基体性能可以起到更大的作用。
The wear- resistances against adhesion and abrasion and the tool performances of three low-alloyed high-pesformance high speed steels (D101,W4Mo3Cr4Si, Vasco Dyne) are investigated by neans of dry-sliding, abrasive wear and cutting tests. The results indjcate that the low-alloyed high-performance HSSs relying on their excellent matrix properties, show the competitive wear resistance with those of the conventional HSS, although the former contains only 3/5 W+Mo elements as the later does. The tools made . of the low alloyed steels demonstrate satisfied cutting efficiency. It may also be inferred that under certain wear conditions, it is not primary carbides but matrix properties which play major role in the wear resistance of HSS.
