摘要
调节速率和调节精度是自动发电控制(AGC)中考核AGC机组的两项重要指标,也是电力市场下AGC机组调配参考的依据。通过分析传统AGC软件机组响应测试方法存在的不足,提出了结合机组实际运行过程实时获取调节速率及精度的计算方法。在多个电网能量管理系统(EMS)中的实际应用证明该方法是切实可行和有效的。
Regulation speed and regulation precision are used to evaluate regulation efficiency of automatic generation control (AGC) and solve the problem of selecting which unit to perform AGC function. Based on the analysis of traditional PLC test, a new algorithm of real-time calculating speed and precision is proposed in this paper. This method has been implemented in the energy management system (EMS) of several large power systems and the demonstration results have shown that it is practical and effective.
