摘要
目的 :探讨复杂髋臼骨折的最佳手术入路。方法 :回顾性分析 46例复杂髋臼骨折的治疗方法及临床结果。结果 :3 8例获得随访 ,优 2 5例 ,良 8例 ,可 3例 ,差 2例 ,优良率为 86.84%。结论 :前后联合入路是治疗复杂髋臼骨折的最佳选择。
Objective: To explore the best approachs of complex acetabular fractures.Methods:Respectively analyzed the treatment and clinical results of 46 cases of complex acetabular fractures.Results:Thirty eight cases were followed up,25 excellent,8 good,3 fair and 2 poor,excellent and good rate was 86.84%.Conclusion:Combined approachs is the best approachs for complex acetabular fractures.
