摘要
目的评估重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤的临床救治结果。方法对371例重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤的救治回顾性总结。结果按GOS评分恢复良好129例(34.7%),轻残81例(21.8%),重残52例(14.0%),植物生存16例(4.3%),死亡93例(25.1%)。结论早诊断早治疗能提高重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤的治疗效果,同时是减少致残率及降低死亡率的最佳选择。
[Objective] To evaluate the result of clinical treatment of multiple injury with severe head injury. [Methods] Recurrent conclusion on the treatment of 371 multiple injury patients with severe head injury was analyzed. [Results] Based on the GOS score; 5′129 cases （34.7%）; 4′81 cases （21.8%）; 3′52 cases （14.0%）; 2′16 cases （4.3%）; 1′93 cases （25.1%）. [Conclusion] Early diagnosis and early treatment can improve the treatment effect, also they are the best choices to lessen the morbidity and mortality.
