摘要
在传统项目管理模式中 ,项目投资控制在开发管理、项目管理和物业管理三个阶段相互独立 ,导致许多弊端。建设项目全寿命周期集成投资控制是解决这一问题的有效途径。探讨了在全寿命角度下 ,实施建设项目集成化投资控制的必要性。
In traditional project management, the inter-independence among Development Management, Project Management, and Facility Management leads to many disadvantages in the process of project cost control. Concerning these disadvantages, from the perspective of life cycle, the paper probes into the necessity of practicing integrated cost control in construction project.
