摘要
基于建设项目全寿命周期理论,采用改进费用—效益分析模型对既有建筑可持续改造利用的多方案进行比选。根据改造项目的特点构建一套赋权指标体系,并对评价指标进行量化研究,根据效益—费用比值进行多方案比选。通过实例对该模型的应用进行说明。
Based on the principles of the construction project life cycle, improved cost-benefit analysis model was applied in the choice of multi schemes of existing buildings reconstruction. According to the characteristics of reconstruction projects, first, a set of weighting indicators for comprehensive assessment system was built; Proper methods was used to quantify environment benefits and social benefits; Then, the best scheme can be choose. In the end, an example was presented to illuminate the model.
