摘要
WTO的许多协议中都包含有直接或间接规范电子商务的法律规则 ,电子商务已成为WTO新一轮多边贸易谈判的重要议题 ,因而几乎所有成员都在研究WTO框架下电子商务的相关规则为其所用。
Many of WTO agreements involve legal rules concerning e-commerce, directly or indirectly. E-commerce has become a focal topic in the present round of WTO negotiation. All are studying the rules for their own benefits. This article directs the study into the subject under GATS insofar as the range of, general obligations and disciplines, and specific commitments with e-commerce.
