摘要
研究了化学沉积法生产超细银粉的生产工艺,即:通过选择适当的反应体系,以硝酸银为原料实现银粒子的合成、聚集,通过除杂与后期处理生产粒度在40～80nm超细银粉,并进行工业化生产,批产量在50kg左右。对工艺过程机理进行了分析探讨。该工艺流程简单,银回收率高,对设备无特殊要求。
The production process of superfine silver powder by chemical deposit method was studied i.e.the silver nitrate was as raw material,through synthesis,congregation,impurity removal and posttreatment,the ultrafine silver powder with 40～80 nm was obtained.And the mechanism of the process was analyzed and discussed.The process was simple and with a high recovery rate of silver.There is no special requirement of equipment.Also the process was put into industrial scale production.
