摘要
采用液相化学还原法,以聚乙烯比咯烷酮与阿拉伯树胶为分散剂,抗坏血酸为还原剂,硝酸银为银源,制备球形、分散性能好、高振实密度的银粉。研究了分散剂用量、pH值、硝酸银浓度对银粉性能的影响。通过调节分散剂用量、pH值、硝酸银浓度可以制备出D_(50)=1.25~2.23μm,振实密度为4.45~5.02g/cm3的银粉。结果表明聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与阿拉伯树胶混合使用能够制备出分散性好,振实密度高的银粉。
Spherical micro-size silver particles with good dispersion and high tap density was prepared by using silver nitrate as metal source,ascorbic acid as reductant,PVP and gum Arabic as dispersant.Effects of dispersant,pH and silver nitrate concentration on characteristics of silver powder were studied.Silver powder with average particle size of 1.25μm-2.23μm,tap density of 4.45-5.02g/cm^3 can be obtained by adjusting the amount of dispersant,pH,silver nitrate concentration.
