摘要
培养学生的人事智能,增强其心理免疫力,是学生心理健康教育之根本。因为,人事智能决定着学生能否达到心理健康的标准,是学生能否获得成功人生的根本保证,是学生能否解决其社会性发展所面临的主要矛盾的关键所在。培养学生的人事智能可采取以下措施:首先,转变教育观念,切实认识到增强学生心理免疫力对学生心理健康的重要性以及人事智能在其中的重要地位和作用。其次,建立课程化与全面渗透相结合的人事智能培养模式。第三,创设有利于学生人事智能发展的优良教育环境。
It is fundamental for us to cultivate the students' intelligenc e of dealing with people and enhance their psychological immunity in the psychol ogical health education of students, because intelligence of dealing with people determines whether students can live up to the standard of psychological health , succeed in their life or solve the main problems they will face in their socia l development. To cultivate students' intelligence of handling people, we must f irst change our ideas of education and realize the, mportance of enhancing stud ents' psychological immunity to their psychological health on students' correct attitude towards study & cultivation of it.
