摘要
老子在《道德经》中对于守柔的原因、守柔的意义、守柔的方式、守柔的根本要求等进行了广泛和深刻的论述。老子的守柔思想不仅在现代企业管理理论和实践中得到了印证 。
In the Classic of Virtue of the Tao,Laozi explained the cause,meaning,method and essential requirement of conciliation deeply and widely.His thought of concilia tion has been proved in management theory and practice of the modern enterprises ,further more,it has some important enlightenment for the flexible management of the modern enterprises.
