摘要
从运动训练学、社会学的视角 ,对我国业余体育教练员的培养现状进行了分析研究。结果发现 ,业余体育教练员与在训青少年运动员配比基本适宜 ,但在我国竞技体育优势项目上显得分散 ,没有形成教练员人才资源优势。
On the point of sports training theory and sociology, the author makes an analysis on national amateur sports coach training. The result shows that the proportion of amateur sports coaches with junior athletes in training are suitable, however, it scatters in our dominant sports events, and can not form the advantage of talent resource. The overall quality of amateur coach needs to be improved.
