摘要
神经干细胞和骨髓间质细胞具有增殖及分化为神经元的潜能,作为替代细胞为脑损伤后的神经再生带来了希望。最近的研究发现,成年颗粒下层和脑室下带等脑区的星形细胞具有干细胞的特性,在一定条件下可分化为神经元,并能提高神经的可塑性。探讨星形细胞对神经再生的影响,有助于重新认识星形细胞的功能及其在神经再生中的作用。
Neural stem cells and bone marrow stromal cells have the potential to proliferate and differentiate into neurons. As a kind of cell replacement, stem cells are promising in neurogen-esis after cerebral injury. Recent investigations have found that astrocytes from adult subventricu-lar zone (SVZ) and subgranular layer (SGL) had the characteristics of stem cells, and could differentiate into neurons and improve the neural plasticity under certain conditions. The exploration a-bout effects of astrocytes on neurogenesis may help to reconsider the function of astrocytes and their effect on neurogenesis.
