摘要
缺血性脑卒中的发病机制复杂,能量代谢障碍、兴奋性氨基酸毒性作用、炎症反应、半暗带去极化及细胞凋亡等共同参与了其病理生理过程。本文综述国内外相关机制研究新进展。深入研究缺血性脑卒中的发病机制,有助于临床选择合适的治疗方案,提高疗效及减少后遗症的发生。
Pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia is involved in energy metabolism disturbance, neurotoxicity of excitatory amino acid, inflammatory reaction, depolarization of penumbra and apoptosis. This review summarizes the research progress on pathogenesis cerebral ischemia recently. The investigation will conduce to select appropriate clinical treatment measures to improve therapeutic efficacy and to reduce the incidence of sequelae.
