摘要
玉米鲁原单 2 2号是通过辐照诱变选育而成的新杂交种 ,研究了在不同种植密度条件下该品种光合作用的变化。结果表明 :单株叶面积 (LA)、叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、呼吸速率均随种植密度增加而降低 ;而叶面积指数 (LAI)、群体叶面积持续期 (LAD)则随种植密度增加而增加。获得最高产量种植密度为 6 5 6株 m2 ,适宜种植密度条件下抽丝期叶片的光合速率为 31 2 4 μmolCO2 ·m-2 ·s-1,叶绿素含量为 5 1 8mg·dm-2 ,最大叶面积指数为 4 72。
The photosynthesis capability of new maize hybrid Luyuandan 22 selected by 60Co γ-ray irradiation was studied in different density treatments. The results indicated that LA, leaf chlorophyll content and rates of photosynthesis and respiration decreased with increase of plant density and LAI, LAD of canopy. The density with the highest yield was 6.56 plants/m 2. Under the optimum density, the rate of photosynthesis was 31.24μmol CO 2 m -25s -1, the leaf chlorophyll content was 5.18 mg5dm -2 and the LAI was 4.72.
