摘要
采用美国LI-6400光合测定仪对两种密度条件下的油茶光合速率进行了测定,结果表明:十二月下旬2种密度条件下的净光合速率日变化均成单峰曲线,峰值出现在12时。净光合速率与光合有效辐射、大气CO2浓度与空气相对湿度之间存在正相关,净光合速率与空气相对湿度、大气CO2浓度与大气温度、空气相对湿度与大气温度存在负相关。对不同密度油茶进行独立样本T检验,疏植的净光合速率为2.69,密植的净光合速率为0.76,说明密植和疏植之间的净光合速率差异显著,疏植光合效率高于密植。
To measure different density Camellia Oleifera net photosynthesis ratio(Pn) by using the LI -6400 portable photosyn- thesis system in the last ten -day of December. The net photosynthesis ratio(Pn) of Camellia Oleifera have single peat values and the peak value are on 12:00, There was a positive correlation between net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR). it was also the case with atmospheric CO2 concentration(Ca) and relative humidity of air(RH). There were negative correlations between net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and relative humidity of air (RH), atmospheric CO2 (Ca) concentration and atmospheric temperature( Ta), relative humidity of air(RH) and atmospheric temperature (Ta). Independent -sample t test were used to test different density for oil camellia. The results showed net photosynthetic rate(Pn) under loose planting is 2.69, and net photosynthetic rate(Pn) under compact planting is 0.76. It indicated that net photosynthetic rate(Pn) between compact planting and loose planting had significant difference, and photosynthetic rate under loose planting was higher than under compact planting.
