摘要 热激处理的玉米幼苗抗盐性提高,盐胁迫期间的谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性和脯氨酸含量也较高。Ca2+处理可增强热激诱导的玉米幼苗抗盐性,GR活性和脯氨酸含量也进一步提高;Ca2+螯合剂EGTA处理的效果正好相反。 Heat-shock pretreatment could improve salt resistance and enhance glutathione reductase (GR)activity and proline content in maize seedlings during salt stress. Ca2+ treatment further increased the heat-shock-induced salt resistance, GR activity and proline content in the heat-shocked seedlings under the saltstress, but the Ca2+ chelator EGTA treatment had opposite effect.
