摘要
介绍了IGBT扩容的并联方法,分析了导致IGBT模块并联运行时不均流的各种因素,提出了相应的解决措施,并进行了仿真分析和实验验证。
To extent the rating range of current of IGBT, the parallel methods are presented in this paper. The factors led to current unbalances of each IGBT in parallel are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed. The effects are verified by simulation and experiments.
