摘要
主要介绍了单稳态永磁机构控制器的特点和基本结构,对基于MSP430F149单片机进行了硬件电路设计,包括开关电源、微处理器系统选择、分合闸执行电路、输入输出单元、信号检测单元以及通讯单元等的设计,并提出保证IGBT并联驱动电路可靠工作的技术措施。最后通过ORCAD软件仿真和实际测量波形的比较,验证了设计电路的可行性。
In this paper, the features and the basic structure of the monostable permanent magnetic controller are mainly introduced, and the hardware based on MSP430F149 is designed. The hardware composes of switch power supply, selection of microprocessor system, execution component, input/output port, signal measuring unit, and communication unit etc. Technology measures are put forward for ensuring reliability of parallel IGBTs. Finally, simulation by ORCAD software proves its feasibility.
