摘要
通过模具受力分析、材料优化等措施,显著提高了M16六角切边模的使用寿命。用LD、GM和W6Mo5Cr4V2CoS钢制作的生产M16碳钢和不锈钢螺栓用的模具,其使用寿命分别与SKH51、SKH55钢制造的同类进口模具水平相当,而价格却明显降低。
The service life of M16 hexagon trimming dies was extended remarkably by means of analyzing the exerted force and optimizing the materials of die. The results show that the service life of dies made of LD, GM and cobalt-high-speed steels is as the same as that of imported dies made of SKH51 and SKH55 steels, but the former is much cheaper than the latter.
