摘要
测定了9Cr6W3Mo2V2钢的TTT和CCT曲线,研究了Si对该钢过冷奥氏体转变动力学的影响.试验表明,Si有促进珠光体转变的趋势,而对贝氏体转变,则在等温和连续冷却条件下,其影响不同.从动力学和热力学两个方面对这些现象进行了解释.
The TTT and CCT curves of the high wear-resisting die steels (GM steels for short) are determined by means of the dilatometric method using Formastor-F, together with a mi- crostructure analysis. The effect of silicon on the transforming dynamics of supercooled austenite in GM steels is studied. It is found that there exist tendencies to shorten the incubation period of pearlite transformation at isothermal and to shift the pearlite transformation line upward due to the influence of Si. The bainitic isothermal transformation is checked and the region of bainite transformation during continuous cooling is extended. It appears that the bainitic continuous cooling transformation is enhanced owing to the presence of Si. Both theoretical thermodynamics and dynamics are applied to analyzing these transformations. It is pointed out that dynamics is responsible for the difference between isothermal transformation and continuous cooling transformation in GM steels.
