摘要
目的 :优选淫羊藿的提取条件。方法 :采用正交试验 ,以淫羊藿苷、淫羊藿总黄酮为综合评价指标对醇提条件进行筛选。结果 :优选的最佳工艺是采用 10倍量 70 %的乙醇提取 2次 ,每次 1.5h。结论 :通过验证试验 。
Objective:To study the optimum p rocessing conditions of Epimedium.Methods:The extraction process was studied by orthogonal d esign with the extraction yield of iccariine and total flavones as detective mar kers.Results:70% ethanol was used to extract, adding 10 times e thanol to extract for two times, 1.5 hours each time. This way is the best extra ction process for Epimedium.Conclusion:The ethanol dectecting conditions of Epimedium is satisfactory.
