摘要
对混合陶瓷球轴承的油气润滑和预紧进行了试验研究。具体测试了轴承预紧力、油气润滑供油量以及主轴转速对主轴温升的影响关系,确定了混合陶瓷球轴承合理的油气润滑参数和预紧力,并与钢轴承进行了试验对比。
Oil-air lubrication and preload for hybrid ceramic ball bearing are experimentally researched. By contrast with steel ball bearing the preload, lubricating oil quantity and spindle speed of hybrid ceramic ball bearing are measured. The proper oil-air lubrication parameters and preload applied to hybrid ceramic ball bearing are determined.
