微涡轮混合陶瓷球轴承预紧力分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Preload of Hybrid Ceramic Ball Bearings for Micro Turbines

摘要 针对高速旋转且易发生打滑的混合陶瓷角接触球轴承,基于赫兹接触理论建立了角接触球轴承拟静力学模型,通过HIRANO打滑准则分析了轴承的打滑行为,并通过分析预紧力及其对轴承发热量的影响得到了不同转速下的最佳预紧力,结果表明:相比全钢轴承,防止混合陶瓷球轴承打滑需要更小的轴向预紧力,当混合陶瓷球轴承不承受径向力,且轴向预紧力低于60 N时,轴承在20000~70000 r/min内均会发生打滑;随着转速的增大,轴承所需的最小轴向预紧力增大;轴向预紧力和径向力的增大均会使轴承发热量增大,但径向力对轴承发热量的影响更显著。 For hybrid ceramic angular contact ball bearings operating at high speeds and prone to skidding,a quasistatic model is established based on Hertzian contact theory.The skidding behavior of the bearings is analyzed using HIRANO skidding criterion,and the optimal preload under different rotational speeds is obtained by analyzing the preload and its influence on heat generation of the bearings.The results indicate that compared with all steel bearings,the hybrid ceramic ball bearings require a smaller axial preload to prevent skidding,when the hybrid ceramic ball bearings are not subjected to radial load and the axial preload is below 60 N,the skidding occurs within the speed of 20000~70000 r/min;as the rotational speed increases,the minimum axial preload required for the bearings also increases;the increase of both axial preload and radial load will increase the heat generation of the bearings,but the influence of radial load is more pronounced.
