摘要
工业界,尤其是包装业对计算机图像识别及检测处理技术有着十分迫切的需求。本文介绍了基于图像识别的香烟包装在线检测系统的结构和工作原理,分析了系统设计中的几个关键问题,对如何提高检测精度,如何满足系统对实时性苛刻的要求,提出了一些新思路。实际的检测过程表明这些方法是行之有效的,满足了系统设计的要求。
In this paper,Structure and working principle of On-line Measuring for Cigarette Case are introduced.The two pivotal problems: how to improve the inspecting precision and velocity are analyzed,and to solve them,authors come up with new methods.Results from theory analysis and experiment show that these methods are powerful to process the problems.
