Detection Technology of Cigarette Packing Based on Image Recognition

摘要 针对生产实际中存在的卷烟各类包装缺陷的特点,介绍了基于图像识别的检测技术;对缺陷部分的图像进行了处理,并分别论述了透明纸异常、拉线异常的检测原理和检测算法。结果表明应用数字图像识别技术是监控卷烟包装质量的有效手段。 Aiming at the defect characteristics of various cigarette packing in actual production, this paper discussed the packing detection technology based on image recognition. The principles and methods of detecting the cellophane paper and the tear tape of cigarette packing were introduced. Practices show digital image recognition technology is an effective means monitoring the cigarette packing quality.
