研究了碳基固体酸催化邻苯二酚与环己酮、丁酮、丙酮、丙醛、丁醛、异丁醛、戊醛、异戊醛、正己醛、正辛醛、苯甲醛、二苯甲酮等十余种醛(酮)的缩合反应生成1,3-苯并二噁茂烷。考察了反应时间、酚与醛(酮)的配比、碳基固体酸用量等因素对邻苯二酚与醛(酮)反应的影响。结果表明,当醛(酮)与邻苯二酚的量比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为2.5g/mol醛(酮),反应1.5h,选择性一般在97%以上,转化率也一般在91%,以上表明,碳基固体酸对邻苯二酚与醛(酮)的反应有较好的催化性能。
The synthesis of 1,3-benzodioxoles through condensation of various aldehydes or ketones with catechol by using solid acid as catalyst were studied. Effect of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on yield of benzodioxoles were investigated. Results show that solid acid was an efficient catalyst for the aeetalization and ketalization with high conversion and selectivity in mild conditions. The best reaction conditions are as follows: molar ra- tio of catechol to aldehydes or ketones was 1 : 1.5, catalyst amount was 2. 5g/tool catechol, reaction time was 1.5h. Under the condition, conversion rate was over 91% and selectivity was over 97%.
