摘要
目的 :观察不同深浅刺法对周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法 :将 96例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为 2组 ,分别采用浅刺法 (治疗组 )和沿皮透穴刺法 (对照组 )进行治疗。结果 :治疗组愈显率为 95 8% ,对照组愈显率为 81 3% ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :浅刺法治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效优于沿皮透穴刺法。
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of shallow acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Ninety six cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) and treated respectively with shallow acupuncture and point-through-point acupuncture. Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 95.8% in the treatment group and 81.3% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of shallow acupuncture is better than that of point-through-point acupuncture for peripheral paralysis.
