摘要
目的观察比较浮针结合毫针治疗与单纯性毫针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,探讨浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别予以浮针、毫针结合心理治疗法和毫针结合心理治疗法。2个疗程(20d)后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈13例,好转15例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%;对照组治愈8例,好转14例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%,两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针、毫针结合心理治疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效较好。
Objective To observe the effect of Fu＇ s acupuncture, filiform needle acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar interverte- bral disc. Methods 60 subjects were divided into two groups：therapy group,in which 30 cases were treated by Fu＇ s acupuncture, filiform needle acupuncture and psychotherapy, comparison group：in which 30 cases were treated by filiform needle acupuncture and psychotherapy. The curative effects after 2 periods of treatment （20 days ） were analyzed statistically. Results The 30 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated in therapy group, 13 cases were cured, 15 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective, the total effectiveness rate was 93.3 % ;The 30 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated in comparison group,8 cases were cured, 14 cases were improved,8 cases were ineffective,the total effectiveness rate was 73.3%. A huge difference in total effectiveness rate existed between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Fu＇ s acupuncture ,filiform needle acupuncture and psychotherapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc was better than that of pure filiform needle acupuncture and psychotherapy, and had a significant clinical directive function.
