摘要
为了降低4102柴油机的辐射噪声,通过试验进行了4102柴油机噪声源的识别研究。然后针对主要发生部件如油底壳及气门罩盖,通过有限元分析和模态试验的方法对附加阻尼前后的自振特性变化进行了研究,并提出了改进措施,整机试验结果表明对柴油机中薄板部件(如油底壳、气门罩盖等)附加阻尼能有效降低柴油机的整机噪声。
This paper focuses on the noise reduction of the 4102 diesel engine. Through the diesel engine test, the noise sources are identified. It is showed that the oil pan and train valve covers are the main noise source of the engine. Three-dimensional finite element analysis with ANSYS general purpose program and model experiment analysis of the oil pan and train valve covers have been carried out, using the damp material to reduce the noise. The engine noise experiment shows that the damping technique can reduce the noise effectively.
