摘要
在对柴油发动机进行噪声源识别的基础上,针对油底壳辐射噪声问题,利用有限元分析方法,对油底壳进行强迫振动响应分析,与试验结构取得了良好的一致性。并采用振动速度法,预测了油底壳所辐射的声功率,为今后低噪声油底壳的设计提供了新的尝试。
In this paper, focusing on radiating noise of engine sump, the forced vibration response is analyzed for sump by FEM through noise source identification for diesel engine, its analysis results are in conformity with tested results. At the same time, radiating noise sound power level from sump is predicted by the method of surface vibrating velocity. It provides one new try for further low noise sump design.
