蝴蝶兰的快速繁殖和规模化栽培技术研究 被引量:33

摘要 以蝴蝶兰的花梗、幼叶、茎尖和根尖为外植体,对影响原球茎发生、增殖、分化、炼苗和规模化栽培等外部因子进行了系统研究.试验结果表明:幼叶与茎尖是蝴蝶兰原球茎诱导的较佳外植体;1/2MS+3mg/L6-BA+10%椰子汁+3%蔗糖是蝴蝶兰原球茎增殖的理想培养基;1/2MS+0.1mg/LNAA+2%蔗糖+15%椰子汁是原球茎分化的适宜培养基;活性炭可促进生根壮苗. Using flower peduncles, young leaves, shoot-tips and root-tips of Phalaenopsis hybrid as explants, the effects of various factors on protocorm-like-body (PLB) induction , PLB growth, PLB differentiation as well as plantlet treatment and large-scale planting were studied. The results showed that young leaves and shoot-tips are the best explants for PLB induction. 1/2 MS+3 mg/L 6-BA + 10% coconut milk+3% sucrose is the ideal medium for PLB growth. 1/2 MS+2% sucrose + 0.1 mg/L NAA + 10% coconut milk is the suitable medium for PLB differentiation. Active carbon is effective for plantlet proliferation and rooting of the regenerants.
