摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法合成了发蓝绿光的4SrO·7Al2O3:Eu2+高显色荧光粉.从XRD、DTA以及红外谱图得出当干凝胶经1200℃灼烧可以完全形成4SrO·7Al2O3晶相,这比用高温固相合成法低了200℃.通过激发光谱和发射光谱分析其发光特性,随着灼烧温度的升高,其发光强度增大.
Metal nitrate aqueous solution was mixed with citric acid to synthesize the blue-green-emission 4SrO·7Al_2O_3: Eu^(2+) phosphor by sol-gel processing. Results from XRD, TG-DTA and IR spectra show that 4SrO·7Al_2O_3 crystallizes completely when the dry gel was sintered at 1 200 ℃. The luminescent property of the phosphor was analyzed by measuring the excitation and emission spectra. The luminescence intensity increases as the calcining temperature increases.
