摘要 研制的高强韧性新型弹簧钢 4 0Si2CrNi2MoV(4 0T)的σb≥ 195 0MPa ,σ0 .2 ≥ 175 0MPa ,δ5≥ 9% ,ψ≥30 % ,AK~ 30J。该钢的抗弹减性均优于弹簧钢 6 0Si2CrVA。该钢适于制造高应力、大截面弹簧 ,用于制造铁路货车转向架弹簧时 ,设计应力 116 0MPa ,在弹簧疲劳试验中 ,平均应力为 6 4 7MPa ,应力幅值为平均应力的 0 4倍 ,最大应力 90 6MPa ,最小应力 388MPa ,循环周次达 2× 10 6次未发生断裂。 The ultimate strength σ b of developed new high strength-toughness spring steel 40Si2CrNi2MoV (40T) is no less than 1 950 MPa, yield strength σ 0.2≥ 1 750 MPa, elongation δ 5≥9%, reduction of area ψ≥30%, impact energy A K ~30J. The elasticity attenuation resistance of new steel is better than that of spring steel 60Si2CrVA. It is available to manufacture high stress heavy section spring. With design stress 1 160 MPa the freight train bogie springs made of new spring steel 40Si2CrNi2MoV have passed 2×106 cycles without fracture in spring fatigue testing with average stress 647 MPa, stress amplitude being 0.4 times of average stress, i.e. maximum stress 906 MPa and minimum stress 388 MPa.
