机车转向架弹簧是机车走行部关键部件之一。在机车检修过程中,使用弹簧荧光磁粉探伤机可以有效地检测出弹簧表面存在的缺陷和裂纹,从而保证弹簧的可靠性。主要介绍弹簧荧光磁粉探伤机的特点和探伤过程,并总结了弹簧的裂损特点。
Bogie spring is one of the key components of the locomotive running gear. In the process of locomotive overhaul, using a spring fluorescent magnetic particle testing machine can effectively detect defects and cracks in the spring surface, so as to ensure the reliability of spring. This paper described the cautions of spring fluorescent magnetic particle testing machine, and summed up the spring breakage characteristics.
