摘要
以大型薄板冲压模具毛坯的快速制造为研究背景,介绍了一套原理简单可靠的基于离散型面模的毛坯曲面构件快速成形技术与装置。讨论了任意复杂模具型面的毛坯模块化原则与方法,并在此基础上探讨了给定毛坯模块成形过程的设计问题,提出了相关理论与方法。这些理论方法和技术已应用到汽车新产品模具的开发中,可将开发时间缩短达50%,具有产生重大社会效益和经济效益的潜力。
A simple and reliable technique is proposed for rapid blank manufacturing of large moulds for sheet metal forming. Study is carried on the modularization of the surface structure of the mould. Design problems associated with forming of the surface module are discussed. Important design theories and methods are proposed with applications in the design and manufacturing process of moulds for new product development of automobiles. A reduction up to 50% in R&D time may be obtained, indicating a great potential of the technique in producing big social and economic benefits.
