摘要
本文提出了一个新概念———网络信息生命周期 ,分析了每个阶段 (从网络信息的发布、采集和组织管理、开发、利用到最后的更新处置 )存在的必要性和相应的操作细节以及这几个阶段之间的关联性 ,最后总结了其与传统的信息生命周期的不同点 。
This article sets forth the definition and traits of Network information Resource, compares with conventional information cycle, expounds a new concept——the Cycle of Network Information Resource. Secondly, it analyses necessity of existence of cycle's periods (including issuing, collection, organizing, exploitation,using, disposition),corresponding operational details and their relationship. And last, summarizes the difference from conventional information cycle and advances some advice.
