摘要 如同有机生物体一样,信息也表现出一定的生命现象,其价值会随着时间的推移而逐步衰减。加之许多学者认为信息资源的开发、管理与利用应该遵循信息资源的自身规律,因此信息价值的老化问题引起了越来越多的关注。本文在梳理大量信息生命周期相关文献的基础上,发现当前的研究主要是从两个不同的视角展开——"价值视角"与"管理视角"。本文专门针对价值视角下的信息生命周期研究,依据信息载体的不同,从文献信息生命周期、网络信息生命周期和文件信息生命周期三个方面展开了详细的论述。最后本文还进一步提出价值视角下的信息生命周期研究的重点和发展方向。 As similar as organisms,information also shows a certain life phenomena that its value will decay gradually over time.In addition,many scholars believe that the development,management and utilization of information resources should follow its own rides,so the aging of information value causes more and more attention.Based on reviewing series of research achievements on information lifecycle,this paper found the current relevant studies were primarily conducted from two different perspectives——the"value-based"and"management-based".This article was specially aimed to value-based information lifecycle researches,and achieved this goal from three respects——document information lifecycle,web information lifecycle,and file information lifecycle based on different information carriers.Finally,the paper further pointed to the primary focus and development trends of studies on information lifecycle.
