摘要
在分析了高校馆辅助事务实行物业管理的可行性之后 ,阐述了专业化、社会化、人性化服务的思路 ,提出了管理具体项目和组成人员相关问题。
Feasibility of estate management of auxiliary affairs in college library is here analyzed, and ideas of services of specialization, socialization and humanity are expounded. Meanwhile, relevant problems of specific items and management staff are raised.
