摘要
本文主要从理论上对物业管理的公共管理属性与经营属性进行辨析,以认清物业管理的根本属性——公共管理属性。然后分别从国外物业管理实践活动的内容以及香港、大陆的物业管理主体演变发展趋势等方面,进一步实证地分析了物业管理的公共管理属性的显现过程。
This paper theoretically discriminated and analyzed the public management property and dealing property on Real Estate Management recognizing its prime property was public management. Then it further positively analyzed the public-management-property-showing process for Real Estate Management from its practices overseas and its main body evolvement-development trend in Hong Kong and inland, etc.
