摘要
在调查研究大型电子计算机和电信、电子设备防雷系统实际运行情况的基础上,结合实践经验评述其成功经验和存在的问题,并分别对其防雷、接地及电磁兼容标准进行分析和评论,指出其应予改进之处并提出相应的改进意见。对建筑物防雷IEC标准及国家标准中SPD(MOV)/mA电压标准,SPD/一级保护Iimp通流容量及其10/350μs波形提出质疑,分析我国与多数国家实际长期成功应用的标准,并提出应采用的适度的相关标准。
According to the practical investigation, the successful experiences and existing problems about the lightning protection systems of large-scale computer, communication and electronic equipment are reviewed. The problems about lightning protection, grounding and EMC standards are analyzed, and the improving suggestions on these subjects are presented. The standards, the SPD (MOV)/mA maximum continuous operating voltage standard, the SPD/ 'class 1 surge arresters' current test wave form 10/350 靤 and its maximum shock current Iimp, are called in question in the paper. Some national and foreign standards, which have been successful and practical used for a longtime, are described and analyzed, and some appropriate standards for concerned subjects are also suggested in this paper.
