介绍了雷电效应对运载火箭可能产生的破坏作用，总结了航天运载火箭发射同步通信卫星时，在雷雨季节所采取的防雷击、防静电、防潮湿、防雨水设计等的诸多措施，并对接地问题进行了论述和总结。
The destruction to launch vehicles which may be caused by thunder and lightning is introduced.The measures of lightning protection,electrostatic-proof,moisture-proof and antirain when synchronous communications satellites are launched in thunder and raining weather are summarized, and the grounding is described.
