饮食文化上的“他者”——当代华裔美国女作家的东方主义色彩 被引量：19

摘要 华裔美国作家通过文学创作打破西方的文化霸权 ,反击“东方主义”。但由于所处的社会历史环境与特殊的民族文化身份 ,一些华裔作家在反“东方主义”话语的同时 ,又建构了“新东方主义”。本文通过对三位华裔女作家作品的分析 ,说明她们通过夸大中国人在饮食上与西方人的差异 ,突出华人原始、怪异、野蛮、残忍的“他者”形象。
