摘要
研究了稀土复合孕育剂在灰铸铁筒体活塞环中的孕育效果。试验结果表明,采用稀土复合孕育剂,不仅可以提高活塞环的机械性能,而且可以减少合金元素用量,降低生产成本.
Inoculation effects of RE-containing inoculant used for cylinder castings of piston rings was studied. The experiments showed that RE-containing inoculant not only increased mechanical properties of piston rings, but also reduced the consumption of alloying elements and cost of production.
