摘要
研究了CuBi复合孕育对可锻铸铁石墨化和力学性能的影响。与单独加Bi孕育相比,复合孕育剂中含02%Cu时,可明显缩短第一和第二阶段石墨化时间,经CuBi复合孕育后,组织致密,石墨形态好。
Abstract Studies were conducted for the effects of CuBi compound inoculants on graphitization and mechanical properties of malleable cast iron.Compared with Bicontaining inoculation only,the compound inoculant containing 0\^2% Cu can appreciably reduce graphitization time of the first stage and the second stage,the malleable cast iron inoculate by CuBi compound inoculant is characterised by having compact structure and better graphite morphology,its mechanical property exceeds that of KTH35010.
