介绍了利用二氯乙酸甲酯为原料通过三步反应制备尿囊素的新工艺,在最佳反应条件下,产物的总收率为30 1%。
Allantoin was synthesized from methyl dichloroacetate by three steps;the yield reached 30.1% under the optimum conditions.
