摘要
传统中药白僵蚕的主要化学成分为蛋白质、糖、脂肪、水分和灰分,其含量分别为64 73%、8 26%、4 14%、11 75%和3 47%。在白僵蚕、蚕幼虫和桑叶的挥发油中分别含有170、151和105种化学物质。三种挥发油经GC/MS分析表明,在组成成分方面有明显的差异性。三者都相同的组分有56种。白僵蚕与蚕幼虫之间约有113种相同成分,蚕幼虫和桑叶的挥发油中约有64种相同成分。白僵蚕和蚕幼虫挥发油中含量最高的是5,6 二氢 2,4,6 三甲基 4H 1,3,5 二噻嗪,分子量为163,桑叶挥发油中含量最高的是十六碳烯醇,分子量为296。
This paper has discussed the contents of protein, sugar, lipid, water and ash in Chinese medicine batryticated silkworms. They are 64.73%, 8.26%, 4.14%, 11.75% and 3.47%, respectively. The volatile oils are isolated from batryticated silkworms, silkworm larva and mulberry leaves by water, and analyzed with GC/MS. There are significant differences in their chemical components. Fifty-six components are the same in all the oils. 5,6-Dihydro-2,4,6-trimethyl-4H-1,3,5-dithiazine (MW 163) is the most high content both in batryticated silkworms and silkworm larva. The most one of mulberry leaves is 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol(MW296).
