摘要
问卷式调查若想取得满意的结果,必须在调查的全过程(包括设计、调查和分析各阶段)采取全面的质量控制措施。如问题设立的合理化、标准化、预调查、选用恰当的抽样方法和调查方式等。尽力避免调查者和被调查者的主观因素所产生的偏倚,及时研究解决调查中出现的问题。这些措施的效果可通过一致性检验(KaPPa检验)和其它统计方法进行评价。在本次健康教育需求调查中严格采取了上述措施。结果表明调查质最有所提高。(有利于今后类似问卷式调查研究的借鉴)。
The questionnaire is a widely applied tool in community survey research,especially in health fields. Throughout the entire research process, (design,data collection, program implementation, data analysis), overall quality control methods should be used. The bias arising from investigators and subjectsshould be decreased as much as possible. The problems which occur duringthe research should be solved. The evaluation of quality control can be conducted through the agreement (Kappa) test and other statistical methods. Allof these measures were taken in this health education investigation. The results indicated that the quality of this investigation was improved. In this studysome quality control and evaluation methods in the entire research processare discussed, and Experience for similar research is provided.
